Integral slurry valve is better than wafer type

Slurry valve is a special kind of valve, which was developed by domestic manufacturers on the basis of absorbing and digesting advanced valve body technology at home and abroad to further update and upgrade the valve body structure, sealing form, driving device and electrical control. Compared with other similar valves, the slurry valve has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight and convenient disassembly and assembly. In addition, the linear design of the slurry valve minimizes the fluid resistance of the valve and makes it difficult for the fluid medium to settle in the valve body.

       The slurry valve can be divided into wafer type and integral type according to the different sealing methods. The wafer type valve body seal adopts the "U" type and "T" type composite structure of composite material configuration. The integral valve body seal is improved on the basis of the wafer type valve body seal, and adopts the "O" type compound sealing ring structure, which overcomes the force of the "U" type gasket used in the original wafer type slurry valve. It is easy to displace and deform, and the medium leaks out. Its sealing performance is better than that of the wafer type slurry valve.
