If the fastening force at the connection is insufficient or the fastening connection is uneven, leakage may occur at this point. The technician's suggestion is to use flange diagonal fastening when using flanges as a connection method. In addition, the quality of the gaskets used for the connection should also be strong.

3. Packing leakage

The corrosive ability, temperature, and pressure of the medium in the pipeline can have a certain impact on the packing of the knife gate valve, which is also the main cause of packing leakage. So when choosing the filling method, it is necessary to consider the properties of the medium inside the pipeline in practical applications.
